This Nicaragua Jinotega Fair Trade Organic Certified Coffee is bright with dark chocolate and almond in the aroma and cup. There's a delicate acidity and silky body with mandarin orange undertones, a satin-like mouthfeel and smooth chocolatey finish.

Grown in Jinotega Region, in the North of Nicaragua, in the Central Mountain Chain called “Isabelia”. One of the most highly situated region of Nicaragua with a subtropical climate, often cloudy and the landscape is lush and green.
