Our Colombian Swiss Water decaf comes from the Tolima Region, cooperatively grown by small farms located at an elevation between 1,200 and 1,800 masl. It’s an expression of very nice, aromatic cup with good body and medium acidity with a clean profile and notes of caramel, dark chocolate and lemon.

The Swiss Water® Process, is a patented, eco-friendly, 100% chemical free decaffeination process, that uses pure green coffee extract and proprietary carbon technology to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. The process removes 99.9% of caffeine during the SWP decaffeination, all done with Pure Water! Using this method of caffeine extraction allows the beans to maintain the original taste components. When quality coffees are selected and processed in this manner it is a “Winning Formula”! We continue to be impressed by the quality of this SWP Decafs.
