Medium-Dark Roast

This is an SHG EP grade FTO certified coffee from the CAFESCOR Cooperative - Cafes Especiales Corquin - located in the Casitas district of the Copan region in Honduras - a coop made up of 131 members across over 400 cultivated hectares. With harvests generally taking place from November to February, growing altitude from contributing producers ranges from 1200 - 1700 masl and crop is comprised of Caturra, red & yellow Catuai, Bourbon, IHCafe, Parainema and Lempira varieties. CAFESCOR founder and current president Joel López, belongs to the fourth generation of a family that has dedicated to this activity since 1865.

COMPETITION BLEND

This wonderfully balanced coffee was a winner in a Competition Blends for its all-around flavor, floral hints and subtle citrus notes.

Notes in the cup: bright acidity, smooth body, grapefruit, herbal, milk chocolate, caramel with a sweet and clean finish.
