Here at The Unseen Bean we rely on people honesty and integrity! That’s why we don’t do contracts and we don’t require minimum order nor any type of commitment. As Gerry always says “If you love our coffee, you buy it! End of story”.

We believe that taking raw green coffee beans and turning them into delicious roasted coffee is truly an Art Form and our Roaster, Gerry Leary, with 20 years experience has mastered his unique roasting technique to bring out the best in every bean.

All of our coffees are premium, 100% Arabica, from high quality selection. We fresh roast and then immediately bag all our coffees. We don't warehouse pre-roasted coffee, nor do we leave roasted coffees in bins for days waiting to be bagged.

We have multiple package options, from 12oz to 5LB, all heat sealed, foil laminate bags with degassing valves to maintain coffee fresh for several months.

We’re able to roast coffee within 24 Hours of your order 7 Days a Week and ship the same day if you unexpectedly run out mid-service.
